The Mail Merge History tab allows users to view all individual correspondence, sent via Mail Merge from the system. Here we can see all SMS / Letters generated / Emails sent directly from the sysem and their status.
This screen is broken into two main areas. The top part of the screen illustrates the Search area and the lower part of the screen dislays all the results and the status of each individual record.
