A Non-Primary Client is a Client who has been added to the application but marked as Non-Primary, meaning that you cannot add Schedules to the Client’s Profile. Rather, you can link Non-Primary Clients to a Primary Client’s Schedule so that the assigned Carer will treat both Clients during the same Task (e.g. a wife might be the Primary Client and her husband the Non-primary).
Where a Non-Primary Client has been linked, you will be able to view the Primary Client Schedule from the Non-Primary Client Profile, but you will not be able to make any updates or add new Schedules via the Non-Primary Profile.
