When you are adding a new Client Profile to the application and have entered the Name, Address Line 1, DOB and Phone Number, the system will check to see if there is an already existing Profile on the application that matches those details.
If there is, the system will alert you that there is a possible duplication and display a list of all current Profiles matching the newly entered details. You can then choose whether or not to continue adding the new Client.
