Here you can view a Staff Member’s Pay History and also add new Increment Records indicating adjustments to Staff Salary. Users can capture this information and also edit current information and remove records that may have been added here in error.

 

From this screen we can capture the following information:

§  New Salary Amount (or Increment Amount)

§  From Date

§  Next Increment Due Date

§  Point on Scale

§  Pay Grade

§  Contractual Hours

§  Currency

§  Notes or Reason for Increment
