The Preferences screen illustrates all of the Preferences
a Client has in relation to the Carer who will carry out Tasks for them.
It can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Client’s Profile, as shown in the screenshot.
This screen is important as it has an
impact on the Carers who will be returned in the search results during the scheduling
process whenever you choose Find Suitable Carer. Recording
more Preferences on this screen will cause the system to return Carers with
criteria that match those Preferences. The most compatible Carers will be
positioned at the top of the returned results.
For example, here you can record if the Client only wishes to have a Carer who is a Non Smoker. Similarly, you can specify an age group, gender, or ethnic background.
