Once you have completed your search and are happy with the results displayed on the screen you can Preview your invoice by selecting the Report, the Template, and the Client you wish to run the invoice for. You can also select All Clients and this will Preview an invoice for all of the Clients returned in the search results.
You can preview invoices as many times as you wish using any template. Please note however, that the Report Private and Template Private Invoice can only be run for Private paying Clients.
