Recurring Mail Merges

If you wish you can create a “Recurring Mail Merge”. This allows you to instruction the system to automatically email the recipient Carer list their Scheduled Tasks on a Weekly or Monthly basis. Within the Recurrence Pattern Wizard, users can define the following criteria for this recurring mail merge:

§  How often the Mail should be sent (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and the range of recurrence

§  The Task Period à here you can define if this should send Future or Historical Tasks to the recipient list. We can also define the number of Weeks / Months’ worth of Tasks that will be included in the Mail Merge.
