Room Booking

 

The Room Booking tab allows you to book meeting rooms within an organisation for internal purposes and to monitor these bookings. This screen can be accessed via the CRM Module, as illustrated in the screenshot:

When you open the screen, you will see a table displaying all of the Room Bookings already captured on the application.

The screen is separated into two main areas. The top most part of the screen is the search area. From here, you can search for specific bookings using the following criteria:

·         Room

·         Meeting Type

·         Staff Member

·         Date Parameters
