Groups can be used to filter your searches throughout the entire application. Below we have outlined the areas where you can search by specific Groups (you can search by either one Group or by several):
Home Screen Alerts
You can search by Groups in the Home Alerts
tab. This ensures that only the Profiles which have been added to the specified
Group will be returned in the search results.
In the following screens, searching by Groups will return only the Client Profiles which have been added to the specified Group:

§ Plan Board
§ To Confirm screen
§ Task Attendance screen
§ Schedule Visit screen
§ List Schedules screen
§ Rota View screen
§ Export Invoice screen
§ Invoice Payment screen
In the following screens, searching by Groups will return only the Carer Profiles which have been added to the specified Group: § Search Carer screen § Export Carer Wages screen § Payroll Payment screen § Holiday Pay screen
