The first screen of the wizard allows you to select a service.
All services on the application are colour-coded to enable easy identification when you are viewing them on Plan Board.
Depending on how your services have been defined at
Maintenance level, they may or may not have individual Activities attached to
them. E.g. the Afternoon Service might include Activities such as “Assist
with Feeding” or “Assist with Wash and Shower.”
If your services do have more than one Activity (as in the screenshot to the left), you will need to individually tick those that you wish to be performed when the Carer visits the Facility.
When you are satisfied, click Next to travel to the next page of the wizard.
