When we are creating a Schedule on a Client Profile and Assigning the Schedule to a particular Carer, within the Client Scheduling Wizard we have the option to mark these Assigned Hours as “Shadowing Hours”.
The purpose of Shadowing Hours is to all you to Schedule Hours to Carers where they will effectively “Shadow” another Carer, perhaps for training purposes and the organisation does not wish to Bill the Client for these Shadowed Hours, but is still required to pay Carer’s for attending these hours.
This Report allows you to view all Scheduled Tasks where the Shadowing Hours checkbox has been checked in the Scheduling Wizard, as illustrated above.

Important Note: It’s extremely important to notes that any Tasks completed that have the Shadowing Hours checkbox check are not included in Billing and you will not be able to generate invoices for these hours. |
