You can choose to view Client Tasks that were previously assigned to a Carer, but are no longer so due to the following reasons:

Client Off-Service

Task is now cancelled but you can still see how it would have been assigned to the Carer
|

Carer on Leave – Task Reassigned |
Task is now reassigned to a different Carer, but you can still see how it would have been assigned to the original Carer
|
|
Carer on Leave – Task Unassigned
|
Task is now unassigned, but you can still see how it would have been assigned to the Carer
|
Simply check the Show Client Off-Service/Show Carer Leave Appointments/Show Cancelled Tasks checkbox(s) and you will be presented with all of the Tasks that fall into these categories.
