It is important to note that there are times when a Task may not be scheduled at all on InnovaCare, but a Carer will still clock in/out of a Client’s home. This could be because an emergency visit was requested but users didn’t have time to schedule the Task on the application. In this instance, the Captured Attendance will appear in the Task Attendance interface, allowing you to create a Standalone Task and ensure that it goes to Billing & Payroll. Such Captured Attendances are known as “Orphan Visits”.
