Updating the Profiles

Once you have selected the required Profiles, click Next to travel to the next screen.  Here, you will carry out the actual updates.

This screen will depend upon which Profile Type and section you selected in the first step of the process. For the purposes of this manual, we have selected the Carer Profile and the Competency section, so the screenshot below is dependent on that choice:

Here you can capture the details that you wish to update.  To do this, select the detail you wish to update (in the screenshot above, we have selected Basis- Introductory Training).  Right click on it and select Add Details; this will open a box where you can add updated information, including dates, training results and relevant notes.  Once you have filled them in, click Add.  Once you are happy with the details you have captured, click Finish in the bottom right corner to save the updates to the relevant Profiles and close the wizard.

It is important to note that the details captured on this screen will then be captured on the relevant Profiles.  You can, at any time, open individual Profiles and update or edit these details as you wish.
