The Ad Hoc Reports Module allows you to create your own Reports using preconfigured datasets (i.e. the different information fields that will populate the Report and define the search criteria). To access Ad Hoc Reports, simply click the Ad Hoc Reports tab in the top ribbon bar, as shown in the screenshot below:
Once the Ad Hoc Reports screen opens, you will be presented with two sub-tabs: Field Selection and My Reports.
It is from the Field Selection sub-tab that you can build new Ad-Hoc Reports, whereas the My Reports sub-tab illustrates any reports that have been previously captured and saved as a Template from the Ad-Hoc Reports Module can be accessed.
The centre of the screen then illustrate the Results once the report has been executed. There are also helpful tools such as Sorting and exporting results available on this screen. Each area on the screen is explained below.
