Adding a Care Plan

To add a Care Plan, simply click the Add Care Plan button, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

A window will open, allowing you to capture a description and define which activities should be included in the Care Plan.

You can also capture the Care Plan start and end date/time, along with the recurrence pattern and range of the recurrence pattern.

The Care Plan isn’t actually a Schedule.  By capturing dates/times for it you are not creating a Schedule and Carers cannot be assigned to it.  Rather, the Care Plan is for information purposes, so that you will know what a Schedule should involve.  However, you do have the option of Adding a Care Plan and Client Schedule, and in this event the Care Plan will appear as an actual Schedule.  See below for details.
