The Assessment Board displays a listing of all Pending, In Progress and Completed Client Assessments (as opposed to Scheduled Tasks) for any given date. The current date is the default.
As with normal Tasks, Staff can record Assessments by clocking in/out via the IVR system. When the Staff Member clocks in, the status on the Assessment Board changes to In Progress. When the Staff Member clocks out, the status changes to Completed.
