The Billing Charts screen allows you to define and manage the different Rates against which the Billing for the Client Tasks will be calculated. This in turn allows you to generate accurate invoices for the different bodies that fund the services your organisation provides to your Clients (or for Private Payers). It can be accessed via the Billing Module, as illustrated in the screenshot.
To successfully manage your Billing Charts you will need to define several elements, each of which is outlined below:

The Type of Payer
§ The Department which relates to this Payer
§ The name of the Contact who can be invoiced for the Billable Hours
§ The Rates against which the Billing of the delivered services will be calculated
