To access this screen, click on the Calendar View button as illustrated in the screenshot below:
This screen illustrates the total number of hours allocated to the Client broken down into the following categories:
§ Care Plan Hours à These are hours added as a Care Plan and a Client Schedule
§ Scheduled Hours à These are all the scheduled hours for the period, including Schedules linked with a Care Plan
§ Actual à These are the number of hours that have been completed by the Carer for this Client
