Consecutive Tasks

Consecutive Tasks can be described as Multiple Tasks that are Scheduled for one Client and assigned to the same Carer. These Tasks must be scheduled “back-to-back”, or in other words, one Task scheduled to begin directly after the first Task is completed. For multiple Tasks to be considered Consecutive Tasks and therefore have the same behaviour applied, the Tasks must also be just assigned to one Carer.

Consecutive Tasks behave in the following way on InnovaCare à When a Carer clocks into a Consecutive Task, all linked tasks will automatically be updated to In Progress and then Completed. So in other words the Carer isn’t required to clock in and out of the Clients home multiple times if Consecutive Tasks are assigned to the Carer in question. The system will automatically link all of these Tasks together.
