Define Rates

You can define your Billable Rates in the Rates Information section of the Billing Chart screen. Billing Charts may have very simple Rates attached to them or very complex Rates, depending upon how your organisation bills for services provided.

If you wish you can appoint different Rates for specific days of the week or even different hourly Rates for specific times within those days. You can define different Rates depending upon the Service being provided as well as defining different Rates for Bank Holidays / Public Holidays and specific Dates.

To define your first Rate, simply select the days of the week the Rate will apply to, the times, and the Rate amount. Then click Add, and the Rate will appear in the field in the bottom left hand corner. The example below shows a Rate of €10.00 per hour that will apply from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday for All Services.

You can then add a second rate, for example 5pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday for all Services at €12.00 per hour.

Once you click Add, that second Rate will enter the bottom left field under the first Rate, meaning your Billing Chart will now include both, and where it is linked to a Client Schedule, all of the Billing for Completed and Confirmed Tasks will be calculated against these Rates.
