When the Flexible Start/Finish Times checkbox is checked on the Scheduling Wizard this means that the system will ignore the scheduled start time of a Client Task and the “IVR Grace Period”. Once the assigned Carer clocks into the Client’s home on the scheduled date, regardless of the time of the clock in, the system will automatically link the Clock In with the Scheduled Call.
For example, a Client Task may be scheduled on 21st December 2015 at 9.00am. The Carer can clock into this Client’s home at any time on this date and the system will automatically link the Clock In with the Scheduled Task.
