Invoice Template 1U

The Invoice Template 1U allows you to generate Invoice Reports for any Payer Types, in any Department for a specified month.

The report lists delivered hours based on the days of the week they occur. Hours can be illustrated for:

§  Monday – Friday Hours

§  Saturday Hours

§  Sunday Hours

Search Parameters

Definition

Groups

Allows you to search by Group

Department

Allows you to search by the Department as captured in the Billing Chart screen of the Scheduling Wizard

Contact

Allows you to search by Department Contact as captured in the Client Scheduling Wizard

Date From

Allows you to define the start date of the search period 

Date To

Allows you to define the end date of the search period

No.

Number generated in the Invoice simply for listing purposes: not to be confused with Client ID

Name

Name of the Client and whether their Tasks are Mon-Fri, Sat or Sun. If a Client is Scheduled Mon-Sun, then their name will appear in three rows, i.e. James Smith (Mon-Fri), (James Smith Sat) and James Smith (Sun)

Area

Populated by the Town field on the Clients Profile

Core Hours

Total number of hours captured in the Generic Homehelp Service Hours for this Client (figure taken from the Service Category field in the Client Contract screen

Core Rate

This figure is calculated based on the total Billable Amount per month (taken from the Per Month column), then divided by the Number of Weeks in the Report, and then divided by the figure in the Actual Total Hours column

Actual Total Hours

The total number of Billable Hours, as Confirmed on the To Confirm screen, provided to the Client, broken down by Mon-Fri, Sat, Sun

Per Week

This calculation based on the Core Rate figure multiplied by the Actual Total Hours figure

Per Month

Calculation based on the “Per Week” figure multiplied by the number of Weeks in the Month during the period the report was generated

Total

This illustrates the same information as captured on the Per Month column

Grand Total

Total cost for all Clients within the period selected
