Leave

The Leave screen allows you to capture a Staff Member’s Leave details. It can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Staff Member’s Profile, as illustrated below:

The Leave screen is divided into two sub tabs: Leave Info and Leave Access. When you open the Leave screen, the Leave Info tab opens by default.

From here you will be able to search for the Staff Member’s Leave records, as well as Adding, Editing and Removing Leave.

The bottom section of the screen illustrates all captured Leave records.  Above the records there is a section that displays the Staff Member’s Annual Leave entitlement as defined in their Contract, along with how much Leave they have already taken:
