InnovaCare’s Mapping functionality allows you to monitor the locations of your Carers and their Scheduled appointments. It can be accessed via the Map tab in the top ribbon bar of the application, as illustrated below:
Once you click on this tab you will be prompted to enter your Username and Password:
Once you have logged into the Mapping application successfully, you will see a map of the all the locations that your Carers and Clients are based in. These are represented by the Carers’/Clients’ names, as illustrated in the screen shot below:

Please Note: Profiles must have GPS coordinates saved against them for the Mapping tool to work accurately. |
