The Medical Conditions screen allows you to capture any relevant medical information relating to the Carer. It can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Carer’s Profile.
To capture medical details, simply check the appropriate checkboxes in the left hand field and then click Update Carer in the bottom right hand corner.
