At the bottom of the screen, next to the Key, you will find two additional filters:
1) Attendance Automatically
2) IVR Attendance
3) Shadowing
The IVR Attendance and Automatic Attendance settings relate to whether or not a Carer must clock in/out when visiting a Client’s home. You can set the appropriate attendance type when you are creating a Client Profile. Both options are explained in detail in the Client Profile section of the document. The Shadowing shortcut when used, will return all Tasks, whereby the Schedule they are linked with has indicated that this is a Shadowing Task. Refer to Shadowing Hours for full details on these Tasks.
