Payroll Detail

To view full details of all individual Tasks, Expenses and Premiums for a particular Carer, simply select the Carer record in question in the Payroll pane. The names of the Clients the record relates to will then appear in the Payroll Detail section; to view the individual Tasks grouped under a Client, simply click on the Client’s Name. Essentially, the Payroll Detail section allows you to view the following:

§  The name of the Client to whom each Wage, Expense or Premium relates

§  The Task ID of the individual Task

§  The Service Date (i.e. the date the Task took place or the date the Expense was applied to the Carer)

§  The Payment Amount

§  Who the Payment has been redirected to (this information will only appear in the Notes column if the Payment has been reversed)
