Rota View displays all of the active Carers in a grid. From here, you can see the names of the Carers and their Availability Status (Free, Busy, Partially Busy, On Leave, or Not Available) for each day of the month. The status colour codes allow you to easily see which Carers are suitable for the Schedule in question.
To assign a Carer from Rota View, simply select the checkbox beside the Carer’s name and click Select in the bottom right hand corner.
