Task Status Report

This Report enables you to view the statuses of all Tasks within a specified search period. The reason for the particular status (e.g. if the Report is Delayed) will be displayed, along with any relevant Notes that were captured.

 Search Parameters

Definition

Groups

Allows you to search by Group

Department

Allows you to search by the Department linked with the Schedule (as captured in the Billing Chart screen of the Scheduling Wizard)

Contact

Allows you to search by the Contact linked with the Schedule (as captured in the Billing Chart screen of the Scheduling Wizard)

Date From

Allows you to define the start date of the search period

Date To

Allows you to define the end date of the search period

Service

Allows you to search by the Schedule’s Service (as captured on the first screen of the Scheduling Wizard)

Status

Allows you to search by a specific Task Status

Reason

Allows you to search by the reason for the Status (e.g. only applies to Tasks with a Cancelled Status)

 

Columns In Report

Data Displayed

Client

Name of the Client the Task relates to

Carer

Name of the Carer assigned to the Task

Status

Current Status of the Task

Status Reason

Reason the Task has the Status in question

Status Notes

Status Notes captured when the Task Status was being updated

Status Type

Only applies for Cancelled Tasks and indicates how a Task was Cancelled – for example, Cancelled But Send to Billing and Payroll

Updated By

Name of the user who updated the Task Status

Time From

Scheduled date and start time of the Task

Time To

Scheduled date and end time of the Task

Task ID

ID Number of the Task
