Billing and Payroll Comparison Report

This Report allows you to compare the Billing and Payroll hours and amounts generated for all Completed and Confirmed Tasks within a selected search period.

Groups	Allows you to search by Group
Carer	Allows you to search by Carer
Date From	Allows you to define the start date of the search period
Date To	Allows you to define the end date of the search period
Client	Allows you to search by Client

Columns In Report	Data Displayed
Task ID	Task’s ID
User No	Client’s ID Number
Client	Client’s Name
User No	Carer’s ID Number
Carer	Carer’s Name
Payroll Hours	Number of Hours Confirmed for Payroll for the Task
Payroll Amount	Amount earned by the Carer for the Task
Billing Hours	Number of Hours Confirmed for Billing for the Task
Billing Amount	Amount billed for the service provided
Hours Difference	Highlights any difference between the Payroll Hours and Billing Hours
Total Payroll Hours	The overall total for Payroll Hours in the searched period
Total Payroll Amount	The overall total for Payroll Amount in the searched period
Total Billing Hours	The overall total for Billing Hours in the searched period
Total Billing Amount	The overall total for Billing Amount in the searched period
Overall Difference in Hours	The overall difference in hours for the searched period
