User Completion Report

This report allows you to search for specific Profile Types on the system (for example, Client, Carer, etc) and run a report which will outline all Questionnaires that have been captured for this Profile, due to a Status Update.

For example, you can configure sets of questions that will be asked when a Client is made Inactive, Active, etc. These Questionnaires can be configured in the Maintenance module in the Questionnaire Lookup.

Allows you to search on the Status Update

Allows you to search on the individual questions you have configured on in the Maintenance Module for the Status Update

Client

Allows you to search for individual Clients

Date From

Allows you to define the start date of the search period

Date To

Allows you to define the end date of the search period

Status

Illustrates the Status of the searched Profile

Name

This illustrates the ID number and full name of the searched Profile Types

Question

Illustrates the Question that was asked on the Status Update

Comments

Illustrates the Comments captured when the user was completely the Questionnaire

Schedule ID

Illustrates any Schedule IDs linked with the Profile

Inserted By

Illustrates the name of the User that made the update

Inserted At

Illustrates the date and time the Profile was update to the Status
