This Report allows you to view all Notes captured on Profiles within a defined search period. You can also specify a particular Profile and search only for Notes saved against that individual’s Profile.

Allows you to define the start date of the search period |

Allows you to define the end date of the search period |

Log Category |
Allows you to search by a particular type of Note (e.g. Accident Report) |

Profile Type |
Allows you to specify the Profile Type you want to run the Report for. Once you do so, the next field will allow you to search for an individual within that Profile Type (e.g. an individual Carer) if you so wish. If you do not specify an individual, all Profiles under that Profile Type will be returned |
