Delays to High Priority Clients

When a Client has their Priority Level marked as High on their Profile and one of their Tasks becomes Delayed (meaning ten minutes have gone by since the Carer was scheduled to clock in and they still have not done so), then this record will begin to BLINK in the Plan Board table, alerting you to the situation. 

This is only for High Priority Clients!
