Next to the Colour Code Key, there are three additional filter buttons:

§ Automatic
The IVR and Automatic Attendance settings relate to whether or not a Carer must clock in/out when visiting a Client’s home. You can set the appropriate Attendance Type when you are creating a Client Profile. Both options are explained in detail in the Client Profile section of the document. To skip to this, please refer to the Attendance Behaviour section of this document.
§ Notes
The Notes icon filters the Plan Board so that only Tasks with Notes attached to them are displayed.
§ Shadowing
The Shadowing icon filters the Plan Board so that only Tasks that have Carers Assigned to them, that are marked as Shadowing are displayed.
§ On Time
This icon filters the Plan Board so that only Tasks that have been attended to at the correct time are displayed.
