Department Contact

Just as each Payer Type might have several different Departments, a Department might have several different Department Contacts. Essentially the type of service being provided will determine which Department and which Contact will pay for the service.

This is why it is extremely important that when adding a Client Schedule you ensure the correct Billing Information is captured. For more details on capturing Billing Information please refer to Define Billing Information.
