It’s important to note that all of these rules can be defined within one Leave Chart, for different Leave Types, and linked with the Carers Profile on the Contract screen in the Leave Quota area.
So we can add multiple Leave Types within one Leave Chart, and for each Leave Type we have a different way of calculating the Leave Entitlement for the Linked Profile.
For example we could have a Leave Chart titled: Full Time 39 Hour Week (Senior Staff). Within this Chart Carers’ we can define that Carers’ linked with this Chart will be entitled to the following for different Leave Types:
§ Leave Type à Sick Leave à Based on Grade à 15 Days Holidays [Grade]
§ Leave Type à Holidays à Based on 10% of their Worked Hours Each Month [Calculated]
§ Leave Type à Training à No Limit on Training Leave [No Limit]
