The next step required to allow the system to automatically calculate a Carer’s Leave Entitlement is to linking the Grade and WTE to the Carer Profile. This done on each individual Carer Profile in the Contract screen, as illustrated in the screen shot below:
In order to instruct the system to actually begin calculating the Carers Leave Entitlement on the system the Contract screen must also be linked with a Leave Chart.
