Alternatively, you can use the Schedule Assignment tab to match the Client’s Schedule against the Schedules of all active Carers in order to quickly identify which Carers are available.
The top part of the screen displays the selected Client Schedule.
In the bottom left hand pane you will see a list of active Carers. Once you select one of these, their Schedule will appear below the Client’s Schedule.
Furthermore, the Client’s Scheduled Tasks will appear in the selected Carer’s Schedule in yellow, making it easy for you to see how compatible the two Schedules are.
Once you are happy with a Carer, press the Select Carer button.

At this point the Carer has still not been assigned to this Client Schedule. To Assign the Carer you must select the “Assign Carer Task” button in the Client Scheduling Wizard. |
