If there is no Carer considered suitable for the Client
Schedule, you can select the Manual Carer Assignment tab. By
default this will return a list of all Carers active on the system. You
can use the search facility to further define details of your search if you
wish.
These may not necessarily be “suitable” (for example, they may already be assigned to a different Client’s Tasks for the relevant date and time) but you will still be able to assign them if you so wish.
Clicking Manual Carer Assignment opens a search window, allowing you to search on all active Carers.
