Extra Hours

Once you have selected the Carer to assign to the Client Schedule you can indicate if these should be considered “Extra Hours”. Extra Hours refer to hours assigned to this Carer that should be considered as Extra.

Extra Hours have no impact on the Client Schedule – however, it is possible to run specific reports that isolate these hours, in the event that you wish to treat these differently to other Carer Hours scheduled.
