Useful Tool on Carer’s Patter Assignments

In the event that you wish to replace an existing Carer, who already has been Assigned with a complex Assignment Pattern, with a new Carer, an alert will appear.

This Alert relates to the current Carer’s Assignment Pattern. When you opt to replace the current Carer with a new Carer, the Alert will ask if you wish to assign this new Carer using the same Assignment Pattern.

You will have the option of applying the same Assignment Pattern to the newly selected Carer, or alternatively create a new Assignment Pattern for the Carer.
